Well,this is my first ''rate my team'' post so i'll try my best.







Latios

Item:choice specs

Ability:Levitate

Nature:Timid

252 sp.atk/252 spd/4 sp.def

Draco meteor/Trick/Surf/Psyshock



Gyarados

Item:leftovers

Ability:Moxie

Nature:Adamant

252 atk/252 spd/4 def

Waterfall/Dragon Dance/Earthquake/Stone Edge

This is a pretty standard Gyarados. It is used to set up Drago Dance and take out your opponent. Leftovers is usefull for gaining HP while killing pokemon.I don't prefer Ice Fang because it is weaker. But Gyarados is one of the main pokemon on this team.



Dragonite

Item:Choice Bnad

Ability:Multiscale

Nature:Adamant

252 atk/252 spd/4 def

Outrage/Earthquake/Fire punch/Extremespeed

Dragonite can really hit hard with it's banded Outrages. Fire punch can really hurt or kill annoying stallers like Forretress and Ferrothorn.Extremespeed is used to kill already damaged pokemon. Extremespeed always goes first,so you don't have to worry about faster pokemon killing Dragonite.



Tyranitar

Item:Expert Belt

Ability:Sand Stream

Nature:Careful

252 HP/252 sp.def/4 def

Pursuit/Fireblast/Stealth Rock/Superpower

This is kind of a odd set, but it works really well. No one ever expects Fire Blast. Pursuit gets Latios/Latias and other Psychic/Ghost types.. Ypu can also take special attacks with 492 defense with expert belt. This guy is a So.Def wall. And while yaking those attacks it can set up rocks.



Gliscor

Item:Toxic Orb

Ability:Poison Heal

Nature:Impish

252 HP/252 Def/4 atk

Earthquake/Toxic/Protect/Ice Fang

Gliscor is a BEAST! This guy will Toxic stall like crazy.Max defense is really helpful,While earthquake/ice fang combo is good. Toxic and Protect are the main moves though.While having leftovers and recovering with Poison heal/Toxic orb,this thing can stall.Your opponent will lose more HP every turn while you recover.



Jirachi

Item:Leftovers

Ability:Serene Grace

Nature:Adamant

252 atk/252 spd/4 def

Iron Head/Thunder Wave/wish/Protect

Nobody likes facing this thing,it causes alot of rage quits. This is pretty much the hax king. Thunder Wave your opponent right away. Then just iron Head away! Wish is a good move, if your at low HP use Wish then protect. You won't have to worry about getting hit when you opponent is paralyzed and You keep on Iron Heading it.

I'm not going to criticize you for your format because it is your first time. But, please refer to the "Format for RMTs" post when you do your next one. Great team. Seems to me that many physical walls and phasers could go to town on this team, though. TTar's Fire Blast may not be enough. Quite frankly, I'm not sure.

First off:
If Jirachi is dead, you have serious boltbeam weakness. Deoxys-S can take out five members of this team with ease.
Two Choice Band pokes isn't generally a good idea, albeit, but that's you.
That's my first look, consider some changes, I'll think of sum stuffz latar. Good luck!
